Who serves where — state, district and town office bearers of the Maha Sabha and the Youth Wing, kept up to date by the units themselves.

What it is

About eDirectory

The eDirectory records every office bearer as a posting: a person, a post and a unit, with the date they took charge. District presidents keep their own district's postings current, and the head tables look after the state.

Postings marked public appear on the Leaders page of this website — so the list of who serves where is always the one the organisations themselves maintain. The same postings decide who can do what in the office-bearer console, and when a term ends, access ends with it.

Next, the eDirectory will also list community sangams and members who choose to be found.

How to take part

  • District presidents

Record your district’s office bearers in the console and mark them public.

  • Office bearers

Add a clear photo to your eCensus profile so members recognise you.

  • Members

Find your district’s office bearers on the Leaders page.

Latest updates

  1. Office bearers now listed live from the eDirectory

The Leaders page reads state and district office bearers of the Maha Sabha and the Youth Wing straight from their eDirectory postings.
