District coordinators were trained on registration help desks and approvals ahead of launch.

Ahead of the public launch, district coordinators joined an online session to walk through the registration form, the review screen in the console and the privacy rules every office bearer must follow.

Key points covered:

  • Help families register — but never ask for their password.
  • Approve only people you can reasonably identify; add a note when you reject.
  • District access is limited to your own district, and every action is logged.
