Youth Leadership Workshop

Sunday, 13 December 2026 at 9:30 amTNAVMSYW#training#leadership

An open book on a kolam background

A full-day workshop on public speaking, running community projects and leading teams — for members aged 18 to 35.

Good leaders are made, not born. This workshop gives young members practical tools to lead in their district units, workplaces and families.

Sessions

  • Speaking with confidence — structure, voice and handling a crowd
  • From idea to event — planning a service programme, budgets and volunteers
  • Leading a team — delegation, conflict and keeping volunteers motivated
  • Digital tools for units — using the console to manage members and report activities

Seats are limited to 80. Registered eCensus members will be given priority. A certificate of participation will be issued.
